Si, Alberto. Por alguna razón no estoy en la lista en español y por eso siempre lo hago en la lista en inglés. He pedido varias veces me sumen a la lista en español y todavía nada.
Lo de las métricas ojalá sea así por que lleva mucho tiempo en proceso y nada.
Además hubiera sido mejor proponer que ALAC fije métricas universales y aplicables a todas las regiones ya que la participación de ALSs debería ser una medición para todas iguales.
Creo que además se puso al lobo a cuidar las gallinas

We know Who is Who in LACRALO. And what the región need. I personally think what is lacking is a political desition. I think is an old thing That need a solution ASAP .
