Please, you are asked to answer the following ICANN's risk priorities 
survey designedby LACRALO's Secretary and Chair, in collaboration with 
Alejandro Pisanty, Fatima Cambronero and Aida Noblia.

This survey aims to prioritize the attention on ICANN's risk management 
by LACRALO. In turn, this survey has been divided into three categories 
based on the following areas:
1. Risks that may impact on financial and accountability issues.
2. Risks that may impact on legal issues.
3. Risks that may impact on operational topics.
Regarding the latter, there is a sub-classification:
a. The risks caused by the activities already carried out in ICANN.
b. The risks arising from the new roles caused by the transfer of IANA 
functions and new ideas on Internet Governance.
The result implies an opinion from LACRALO on this topic.
