 Dear, tomorrow we have our last webinar of the year, fulfilling our training plan, coordinated and complemented with GSE ICANN. 

 We have always complained of lack of training, among other things. But when concrete efforts to achieve this training, on 47 ALS until today, and soon 48 ALS, we have a presence of more than 8 or 9 ALS. 

 I have always suggested that when representatives of our ALSs can not participate in any event, do some other representative of your organization to participate. We're not doing.

 This Training Plan, the Portuguese have built (we are the only RALO three languages), dealing with our documents are reviewed, deserve that investment in personal effort and money invested, are seen as useful and necessary. And we are not doing 

 In short, I want to emphasize that we must meet to demand, and we are not doing. 

 Tomorrow is our útlimo webinar, I did propaganda among friends lists, Facebook and Linkedin, but if this were cast by 46 organizations, the result would be different. 

 I ask you please, representatives of each ALS, if tomorrow they can not attend, ask any member who does it, so we take efforts and resources invested. If they can not, please be reminded that they can not attend. It will be a way to participate.
