 Ladies and


 At present our challenges as we move Region to further work from the perspective of users and users that we represent in LACRALO. The issues related to DNS, the debate on neutrality, new gTLDs, IPv6 deployments, freedom of speech, human rights and the transition from IANA facing new listings, among others, are aspects that touch and define the everyday users and regional and global users. 


 I am sure we can build Organization Scope contributions as respecting the different visions that coexist in this space, converging in efforts to contribute to the development of the Internet to everyone. In a spirit of inclusion recognize these efforts go through each and every one of the visions of representing the interests of users. Adding them to the process of building proposals to the relevance of having plumbed the needs of domestic users.
