 I take the opportunity of the call for nominations as ALAC-Member to recommend Harold Arcos who chairs Internauta Venezuela and whose work has been particularly notable in the local and regional level (LACRALO) through the organization of two Hub's, co-organization two major events on Internet Governance in Venezuela and the ongoing work towards raising awareness among users about the technologies that will enhance their access, security / privacy and quality of service (IPv6, DNS, Governance).
