Dear Vanda:
I made comments quite early on the wiki but I hardly think what you say is
radical. In fact it sounds very normal to me and if were were asked to
respond, I would strongly support you.

However, the parameters that scoped the review excluded critical issues. SO
unfortunately we have to respond to what has emerged from those terms of
reference.

I think the final addition to the  draft gives notice of the inadequacy. So
I would vote in support of the statement.
