 Latin America and Caribbean and who will take charge of implementing the Strategy 
 ICANN for Latin America and the Caribbean.

 Rodrigo joined ICANN in May 2014. Prior to ICANN, I had Been The Legal 
 Advisor for ADSIB, the Bolivian entity responsible for proposing policies, 
 Implementing and coordinating strategies aiming on Reducing the digital 
 gap, Also responsible on managing the ccTLD. bo. 






 He has-been an active member on the local internet community, as the 
 Bolivian President ISOC Chapter. 






 His main job will be in ICANN Strategic Plan Implementing the LAC.
