Estimado Alejandro,

Gracias por el correo. Lo tuyo es una propuesta? Consultaremos  la misma a
la region y actuare conforne
Recuerden  que yo no definio nada, Solo la region puede tomar desiciones.
Los miembros individuales no son votantes, pero si el chair en nombre de la
region, casi lo mismo.
Solo queda saber si la region quiere una llamada con los postulados (quizas
todos no quieran) , alguna otra propuesta o simplemente discutiremos esto
en la lista.
