 Dear members LACRALO 


 As agreed at our last monthly reunin to Continuation mailing a brief report on the work of CCWG in preparation for the meeting in Brazil: 


 To date there have been 8 weekly meetings in which they have attempted to define the objectives and purposes of the group. 


 It has had the participation of the different SO / AC that make up the group in addition to staff and directors of ICANN as Fadi Chehade and Sally Costerton. 


 Much of the meeting was spent in discussion of the definition of the group charter can be viewed here 


 Throughout the discussion it was mentioned that will be useful to extend the scope of the working group to address not only the meeting of Brazil but also from other events related to internet governance .


 It has been suggested that the group's work should serve as the line defining the ICANN participation in these events and have the preocupacin whether the Staff and managers tomarn into account the recommendations made by the group . 


 He esttrabajando a document definitions servirn to complete the STAFF of the charter. This document can be reviewed here. 


 Group meetings are open to any observer but ONLY to members for participation and vote. 


 We plan to have several meetings with relation to the issue of governance in Singapore. One will take place the day 21 and is organized by the NCUC. Besides this reunin is finalizing details ESTN reuninms for another group. Not defined date or mechanics of participation but as soon as you have the update. 


 I invite you to review the documents forming ESTN by the group and offer to bring me any comments or suggestions they might have regarding the documents or any other concerns that may arise.
