  Dear friends, 
 This email is to appoint Sylvia Herlein Leite as candidate NOMCOMM 
 by LACRALO and here I explain my reasons.
 As I have been non solo but also Chair of Member 3 vezes NomComm, 
 sintome embasada to suggest a profile for the candidate for this position 
 LACRALO for which, I firmly believe that Sylvia preenche these requirements. 
 NomComm need someone who is dedicated to or work is hard work and 
 concentrated in just a few months to have us about one or two calls
