It is with great pleasure that I invite you to read this sixth edition of our
regional bulletin for Latin America and the Caribbean, which closes a year of
several achievements for our community, particularly in advancing the
implementacin of strategic Regional Plan.
As a starting point, this same initiative to approach them bimonthly
