 public comment the draft proposal of the Cross Community opened 
 Working Group (CWG) On Naming Related Functions. This first draft was

 (I'm one of its members as representative of ALAC), along with other

 Transition of US Government Stewardship of the IANA Function (

 we discussed the first draft to travs of our teleconferences 
 peridicas. 




 Now it has drafted a declaration from ALAC on this first draft 
 CWG which is open to comments from the community
