Dear all,

It is customary that the call for elections is made by the Secretary of 
LACRALO. In turn, the Rule 14.2 of the ROP instructs to the Secretary 
the distribution of official documents and the call for elections is an 
official document.

That is why under the foregoing, I come to make the call and indicate 
the timing of the elections according to the email indicated below.
