 Thank you very much for these comments and corrections in the text. They are very 
 appreciated. 


 It was recently determined (and already estarpublicando on Wiki) that the term 
 to which will receive comments on ALAC is up to September 3 
 20 UTC. From September 4 is sent to rate this 
 declaration from ALAC. 


 Still have not had comments ALAC oponindose to 
 as indicated in this statement, and as you indicate either t we have 
 taken into LACRALO. 
 We will see over the next das qusucede, if we should be doing 
 adjustments to the draft or not.
