Believe me when I tell you that you're ready to represent.  You have skills
that you bring from your day job.  And frankly, even by investing that with
a small amount of that you will learn, you will do well.  Those of us
before you will help you grow.

We need to enlarge the group that our peers from the rest of the world
think is capable enough as collaborators.  And we must do practical things
to make that happen.
