Dear Alejandro:
Yes, the  new political arrangement in the Netherland Antilles have indeed
caused update for the ISO 3166 list.  I understand the notifications are
not lagging but the implementations in several databases.

I'm thinking the most helpful thing this community can do is to make
applications for updates to databases when we come across incomplete ones.
