We're talking aqude more than one subject, but all are important.
In regard to the Campaign of Upgrading, as explained
is a space where ALSes can place their reason for being, its historical,
etc etc. And we need that information for 20/10/2013
The other issues as inreach, outreach, policy, etc, etc are issues that
we must keep trying and thinking to achieve increasingly the
participation of all in the LACRALO daada.

Dear members,
Have reviewed Sylvia communications and staff with respect to the
calls to update the spaces that each ALS on the wiki and
I suggested just designing some incentives for those who have ALS
updated contents, among others. Now regarding the issues raised by
Alexander and Fatima, I am totally and abosultamente in accordance with these
suggestions to promote and encourage greater participation in the issues
nouns, in everything sealado and other issues of equal importance
LACRALO may arise from below upwards ALAC and the Board of
ICANN.
At this point, I should mention that I see with satisfaction that we can also
agree on the importance of creating incentives for participation in the
simple and substantive issues such as mentioned by Alexander, I think there
a large window of opportunity to develop strategies to
encourage and reward participation of ALS: ICANN meetings,
certificates, awards, recognitions, etc.. and others to help
achieve the objectives of participation of the majority of ALS region.
