 *Purpose (Brief):* The Public Interest Commitments Dispute Resolution
Procedure (PICDRP) is the third Post-Delegation Dispute Resolution
Procedure for new gTLDs, and addresses complaints relating to Specification
11, Public Interest Commitments of the Registry Agreement. The revised
PICDRP incorporates community-proposed revisions, and is being posted for
comment to give an opportunity for the community to review and provide
