 I agree that we must work in parallel, in: 


 a) the * Program Development policies, * to develop encargarde 
 The following products (as an example, it is decidirluego WG 
 report): 
 1.Development Gua political practice, 
 Two. Timeline / calendar 
 Three. Sheets statements models, 
 April. Repository statements, 
 May. Survey topics namely expertise of the members, 
 June. Call with the Presidents of others Ralos / Alac to develop a 
 document best practices, 


 b) * Elaboration of a statement *: With the volunteers who volunteered 
 so far: Fatima, Alexander and Ada (also I offer), develop a 
 estatment draft on issues that have an time. According to the 
 manifestFtima until September 6 extendiel term is the * 
 whois *. As it was in the previous call, if not able to talk to 
 Carlton and raise this issue during the call. It will be extremely valuable to 
 Carlton can contribute with their knowledge in working out this 
 document. 


 As processes for these jobs, I think the President is 
 in accordance with the formation of this WG PDP, according to the 
 email exchanges.But for clarity and to leave settled for 
 what any, apply to the President and Secretary to formalize 
 the creation of this WG. Also I request a formal call to 
 the others Lacralo members to express their interest in joining the same. 
 And considering that next week is the Córdoba desarrollaren 
 LACIGF request that the period of formation of this WG extend into the 
 end of the event, in late August. 


 As for working out the whois paper, I think Fatima is 
 which estliderando work on this topic, so leave it to your 
 criterion the organization of teamwork. - 


 It is my contribution and my opinion. I hope to read your comments, whether giving more 
 suggestions to modify the proposal, enlarge, reduce, enabling them 
 fit. The important thing is that everyone can comment so we know that is 
 what we need as a region to grow in developing 
 of policies, it is our last goal.
