 In the following link encontrarn the draft agreement that we will sign with 
 our RIRs, LACNIC. It is very similar to that AFRALO which tom 
 as base. 


 Next Monday the teleconference will define the final document 
 to pass to the revision by LACNIC. We welcome your comments.
