 Dear,

As you know, from the meeting of ICANN in Costa Rica in the
which had several sessions LACRALO creation of capabilities, with
Natalia Enciso we continued with these meetings in our calls
 monthly.

This year we have developed a survey to all LACRALO for the whole
region identify the issues on which requera that enable them,
and in addition to the possibility that members of our THIN is
offered to provide some of these talks for all. As also
know have passed through our monthly trainings this year, Sergio
Salinas Porto, Alejandro Pisanty, among others.

Based on this background and the results of this survey
available, and after discussing with the Presidency, Natalia and I have
decided to give the role in the organization of our training
monthly to those interested in taking this activity.

We believe it is a good opportunity for those members
LACRALO interested in our monthly trainings can take
 leadership on this issue specifically.

We ask that those interested in this activity, can manifest
on our list and then decide among all (in the case of having many
stakeholders) quines coordinate this activity for the benefit of
 all our THIN.

 Best regards,

 Natalia Enciso
