 Colleagues, 


 Annex information of interest: access to the recording of the session announced a few days ago aquen the list. This is a group of Latin American / Spanish speakers active in the IETF, making preparations for the meeting of the IETF in the next scheduled week (IETF 87 in Berlin). 


 The recording begins with an excellent presentation of tanks and how to work the IETF by Alvaro Retana, Costa Rica (based in U.S.), who provides great leadership to this group. A Continuation discuss various topics that participants groups lead to the IETF, some long. The discussion is lively and open and highly instructive. An if for some of youtechnicians topics that are discussed are too specialized, I recommend it to the end to see in Spanish and among friends some of the "ethos" of the IETF, techniques and skills that have to spare some people from our region n. 


 Another interesting detail is that some participants made a name and a place in the IETF long before any reunin attend, and some just hese have been to a couple of meetings (one oirn it but about several). This also shows the "ethos" open and participatory in the IETF is not required to spend on travel but all provide quality, meritocracy clebre in this quasi-organization.
