Dear All,

LACRALO’s Chair and Secretariat would like to announce the EXTENSION of the vote for the LACRALO NomCom Preferred Candidate.  The poll will be open from 26-June-2013 at 20:00 UTC to 1-July-2013 at 16:00 UTC.

Please note that per to Rule 11.2 of the LACRALO ROPs, “Should a vote in a virtual meeting not be quorate, then the chair shall extend the close of the vote for an equal amount of time as the original."

QUESTION: Who do you recommend as the LACRALO preferred candidate to serve as the ALAC voting delegate to the 2014 NomCom from the Latin American and Caribbean region? Please indicate ONE candidate. Please provide your preference by 27-June-2013 by 23:59 UTC.

El Presidente y Secretaria de LACRALO quisieran anunciar LA EXTENSIÓN del voto para la LACRALO NomCom Candidato Preferido. La votacion estara abierta desde 26-Junio-2013 19:00 UTC to 1-Julio-2013 16:00 UTC.

El voto anterior no es válido debido a que no se obtuvo el quorum necesario. Por favor noten que de acuerdo a la Regla 11.2 de las Reglas de Procedimientos de LACRALO, “Si un voto en una reunión virtual no tiene quorum, entonces el Presidente deberá extender la fecha de cierre del voto por una periodo de tiempo similar  al periodo de tiempo del voto original. Al final de dicha extensión, no se requerirá de quórum."
