I can't recall meeting her but you're quite right, we count Suriname as
Caribbean.  I stand corrected; the Caribbean is indeed at the same level
and even more diversified.

As it is, I'm in Suriname next week to facilitate a national consultative
workshop. My focal point contact is located in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.  I definitely will request a courtesy call on Madame del Castillo.
