Dear Sylvia and José,

congratulations on your re-appointment for another term!

I sense that there is a renewed spirit of goodwill for everyone in the
region to do their best to involve end users in ICANN's policy
development. RALOs are an integral part of this enabling of end users
and having a good leadership is really important.

I look forward to work with both of you and with everyone in LACRALO in
the run up to Buenos Aires, in the second part of this very exciting year.
