The finance sub-comitde been requesting information on possible
LACRALO want extra activities performed during the tax year 2014.
To do this, you must complete a form model. See the attached material.

The deadline for shipping to the list of proposals (answering this
e-mail) is up on March 16 at 23:59 UTC, as this should secrete
submit all requests to that sub-comitel gives 18.

Instructions for Submitting AC FY14 requests:
1. Send your completed At-Large AC FY14 budget request template to
Olivier Crepin-Leblond (ocl at gih.com <mailto:ocl at gih.com> ) And At-Large staff
(Staff at atlarge.icann.org <mailto:staff at atlarge.icann.org> ) By 18 March 2013.
2. At-Large staff will post the completed At-Large AC FY14 budget
request templates to the At-Large FY14 Budget Development
Workspace < https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+FY14+Budget+D
evelopment + Workspace>
3. The FBSC will review the completed At-Large AC FY14 budget request
During a call templates on 20 March 2013.
4.The FBSC will direct staff to submit the At-Large AC FY14 budget
requests for review by the ICANN Controller.
5. ICANN staff will finance confirm and validate your submission by
reviewing and posting your request in the wiki dedicated workspace within 48
hours of its submission
Deadlines for the FY14 budget request of templates:
* Deadline for FY14 RALOs to submit all requests to Olivier and AC
At-Large staff => 18 March 2013
* Early vote / decision by April => At-Large to submit to ICANN Controller
by 22 March 2013 (PLEASE NOTE THAT the early vote / decision process is for
budget requests with Activities in the first month of FY 14 (ie, July
2013)
* Vote / decision by June => At-Large submit to ICANN Controller by 29
April 2013
