 Dear Juan Manuel, colleagues / os, 


 thanks for the report. Sorry non have been involved, I recover from a minor incident but for which I was banned medically literate for about ten days. 


 I fail to identify with precision whether the agreements between prevun lifting information, or similar inventory of existing materials and courses that can be useful for this group propsitos. 


 Nor identify clearly whether especfica took an assignment of responsibilities to some of the participants and in particular if the Coordinator estn defined.


 In regard to useful materials put at your disposal some blog entries and press both personal and ISOC Mexico in reference to various topics (mainly generated in the campaign # InternetNecesario, those relating to intellectual property [especially in the context ACTA, which in addition are a case study in the formation of intervencin POLICIES pblicas], referrals to various ITU events among which the WCIT 2012, and dealing with the Net Neutrality issue). 


 Also - in fact, much more - I find it very important that once survey conducted Ftima Cambronero and Natalia Enciso (hopefully not forgetting participants of that effort) on needs for the community capacitacin LACRALO , which has resulted capacitacin program that is conducted along monthly conferences. For some of these events capacitacin, instructors have produced materials provided ad hoc or existing ones that are available to our community and can be adopted or adapted.


 A comprehensive site inspeccinrpida ISOC also permitiridentificar texts and other contributions which many already translated into Spanish estn. The material on podrser Englishman put into service immediately and permitirque the Caribbean subregin l can count soon. 


 I think an approach permitircasarlo rpido an agenda with the materials available and speed up the testing of a prototype of the target.

 Dear, 


 Today in the meeting of March 28, the Working Group of creation of At-Large Capacity discutilo following: 


 The first point is made a listing of ALS hotfix present in regions of ICANN under Spreadsheet that each ALS solicitrevisar them to see if the data were accurate ALS and their primary and secondary languages \u200b\u200bof each one.


 Then set out to create a survey to learn all cul ALSs is relevant material for At-Large. From LACRALO aportque a similar survey was already our RALO realizpara determine the topics Quera receive capacitaciny cules that can serve the work of this WG At-Large. 


 It comenttambin that are making efforts to have an e-learning platform to develop this own internal capacitacin At-Large. Also discussed on efforts related to Social Media Strategy (Facebook, Twitter, etc..). Tutors and alumni recalled that Diplo Diplo has an e-learning platform and usable friendly which we Could we serve. This will be further discussed. 


 Heidi contacerca the new manager of Online Communities and estinteresado in joining one of the meetings of this WG in Beijing. It acorduna reunin informal face of this WG members who will be present in China.
