 Thank you very much for your mail and your comments are very valuable to improve this first draft. 




 As one of the delegates in this group LACRALO LAC Strategy I will send these comments to the whole group and Rodrigo to enrich their work. 




 Regarding your queries: 




 1) Mission: Not in this case because we are not an organization, we are a region. A group of regional organizations. Even for this same situation pushed the argument to generate much insight and so we did through these two key questions that appear in this draft. 




 2) The planning methodology: the model we use is very similar to that used our African colleagues in their strategy, as you could see in the last days and is being implemented with very good results. As noted in the draft, start from key areas of interest, with clear objectives and identified by areas and then derive indicators and then projects.In the workshop we had in Montevideo were supported by Deloitte who worked with us as facilitators in this process. 


 With pleasure we can share the document methodology used in the group and I offer you a call and arrange for you to explain Rodrigo that is necessary on the methodology. 




 3) Metrics: so far we have developed indicators and metrics the work shortly. Since I know you're involved and have knowledge in this area, we invite you to get those contributions do you consider we should include. They will be very grateful.
