 Dear Fatima, I hate to be the only critic to many good compliments. 
 In any strategic planning methodology, one must start from the Mission and Vision already defined, and none of these should be a question, but assertions. I did not read anything about the mission and vision is just a question. Or delivery of this clearly defined, you may arrive at erroneous conclusions. Perhaps much of the work will serve to advance. 
 You asked this before, that planning methodology was used? Metrics that will be used?
