Fátima, Jos, all

the idea of Fátima - if I understand correctly, proposes a mentor tutorao force us to actively seek people in formation - is excellent. I show willing to do the experiment.

As for the new working group, some considerations:

1. Missing a few steps of the process to ensure transparency and participation. For example, the current groups were the result of a collective decisin about their tasks and mandates, and we have the momentum aquslo - not critical in smismo - the Presidency.

2. I think the President should work actively to attract participation of our colleagues in the Caribbean in the working group, in the DEFINITION of objectives, deliverables ymtodos work, and whatever is as elaboration of the content and educational practices.If that forces us to work in two languages oms, meet the diverse needs of the "monolith" iberoparlante continental and therefore ... "That's not a bug, it's a feature". A project like ste can help strengthen the sense of community.

3. Before starting a development effort type "tabula rasa" should identify key resources already available for the task and estimate quse required to adapt and integrate. That serviradems so that we do not accidentally violate the rights of others who have already walked path and, instead, invite everyone - LACRALO members or not - to provide and integrate.

Then I see as the main tasks:

a. finish the conformation of the working group with members of the Caribbean, and all the elements of transparency, openness and outstanding process;
b. the working group to take stock of the major educational resources existing tiles;
c. the Working Group to develop a work plan, with emphasis on the objectives and deliverables in the short term, to discusiny if approval from the community, and
d.the working group, or others, the proposed Dforma aforementioned mentor.

Let quresponsabilidades can assume the Presidency in addition - again, totally plausible - momentum that has already given the idea.

Cordial greetings.

Jos, all

Sounds like a good idea to have created this task force to facilitate
the ALS nivelacin all our RALO.

I'd like to make a suggestion that can be discussed and analyzed
in this group.

According to e Envas us who have volunteered as members
people in the group are usually part of the groups
LACRALO work. I think that under the objective of this group,
be a good idea that each of these members make a commitment to
contact with at least one delegate from one of the ALS that estsiendo
active enough.In this way it may identify or
reasons why the delegate (and it represents ALS) no
estparticipando while normally cooperate with the
and transmission of knowledge of such delegate capacitacin to achieve
greater involvement and participation.

I hope this suggestion may be considered by the group members
and that may be for the benefit of all our RALO.

Best regards,

Fatima
