 I have the pleasure to tell you that you create a new working group, the 
 estardedicado which to complete a task which I think is 
 fundamental to the future of that redundaren benefit organizaciny 
 for all. Personally I proposed this initiative in the meeting of Senegal, 
 but I could never achieve. It's high time. 


 The group will create a course by course nivelatorio for ALSes with 
 order to be able to provide those organizations wishing to 
 community at-large (LACRALO) and those already accredited and estn 
 feel the need for more information, a source and a sound basis 
 basic informational permitirn them to cope with more 
 naturally within the community.The group tendrun term annual limit 
 finish the course content, which serJulio 2013.

 In turn I would propose to be Chair of this group to Diego Acosta
