 Sylvia Very sad news, indeed. I have met him in my first fellowhip at 
 Seoul. He was very passionate and comitted to civil society and human 
 rights. He was an excellent person. I was doing a terrific work at his 
 country. It is a great lost for the community at-large. 
 My sincere condolences to his brother Moataz, family and friends in Icann.
