[lac-discuss-en] Withdrawing my motions I had proposed for the General Assembly

Dear All,

At the ICANN meeting in Costa Rica, LACRALO members agreed by
consensus to create four LACRALO Working Groups to examine key issues
of concern to LACRALO.

Given the steady progress of the LACRALO Working Groups which will
deliver outcomes that will be agreed by consensus by us in LACRALO and
given that the process of establishing common bylaws for all RALOs
will be starting soon, I formally withdraw my motions I had proposed
for the General Assembly.

As listed on the General Assembly agenda at
https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=38046055 , my
motions to be withdrawn are:

9. Motion to update Rule 7.3 of Spanish version of RoP to conform with
wording of Rule 7.3 of English version of RoP by Dev Anand
Teelucksingh. / Moción para actualizar regla 7.3 en Español para
ajustarse a la redacción de la regla 7.3 de la versión en Ingles de
las RdP.

10. Motion to update numbering of Rule 8.1 of RoP by Dev Anand
Teelucksingh. / Moción para actualizar  numeración de la regla 8.1 de
las RdP.

11. Motion to update Rule 8.2 in Spanish version of RoP to conform
with wording of Rule 8.2 in English version of RoP by Dev Anand
Teelucksingh. / Moción para actualizar la regla 8.2 en Español para
ajustarse a la redacción de la regla 8.2 en Ingles de las RdP.

12. Motion to update Rule 11.2 in Spanish version of RoP to conform
with Rule 11.2 in English version of RoP and update numbering of Rule
