Hi Natalia:
There has been a change in the original plan for a joint AFRALO/LACRALO
statement.

Tijani held the pen on the draft ALAC statement.  And so ensured the AFRALO
perspective is adequately covered.  Their main concern was about visa for
African attendees.

If we think LACRALO issues are not properly addressed, we could add to that
draft ALAC statement.
