...I saw this and remembered the arguments raised when the kerfuffle was
about the use of these systems by the [U.S.] Patent and Trademark Office.

Apparently some fool contractor in Syria mis-configured the damn thing!
 And only after it was 're-directed' from its original destination, that
cradle of democracy and exemplar of the open Internet, Iraq.
