I think may be of interest to all this exchange of views between Roberto Gaetano and Sbastien funciny Bachollet on the fate of the At-Large at the change of CEO at ICANN.
I agree with what he says Roberto Gaetano in that review and increase the capacity of our representation to make substantive contributions to the production of ICANN and its impact. Surely Fadi Chehade esthaciendo recognition and words of Sbastien Bachollet implicarn evaluacinms also one criticism of the contributions and capacities.
Also deserving attention the question at the end of the message: we believe reorganizacin the "staff" of ICANN, with Heidi now reporting directly to the Director General, may have consequences for the processes and priorities of At-Large ?
I conclude with a greeting and felicitacina Heidi Ullrich and his team for this positive change.

Roberto and all,
The window is open and the leaders of At-Large already show a lot of added
value.
All the feedback Given to me Regarding At-Large are all very positive.
During the presentation to the staff Fadi said:
"Each time I am going to a country I will meet leaders from the At-Large
from the local community and ALSes ".
It Seems that other senior staff will do the same.
I Hope That At-Large See That will also as a mutual help to Strengthen the
relationship, the outcome of At-Large and ICANN but Also the engagement.
Also I launch the initiative for a new strategic approach for Africa with
a lot of members of At-Large.
Similar initiative is launch for LAC region.
I have all the comments very positively Interaction with Olivier as Chair of
ALAC.
Some decision for the new organization comes from comments by At-Large
(Compliance, communication, Outreach).
Beside the hard work of At-Large staff, all that definitely help the new
position for Heidi.
I am sure That At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC, ALSes, members of ALS, individual
participants) will show That They Deserve Such attention and position in
the organization.
May I suggest That At-Large start to think if the new staff organization
have consequences on it's own Processes and Priorities?
