[lac-discuss-en] VOTE RESULTS: ALAC Voting Delegates to the NomCom for ALAC 2013

FYI, some sharp eyes noticed that the explanation of the results of the
voting contravened the ALAC RoP.  Voting system configuration errors or
disabilities contributed and the ALAC Chair has explained it in detail.

Consequently, a decision to re-run the election has been taken.

All very unfortunate for the candidates as well as the ALAC.
