We must do more to publicize the FRIDA Award to M-Fisheries, just one of
the efforts bootstrapped by our colleague at The UWI at St. Augustine, Kim
Mallalieu.

Some of this was presented at the Trinidad & Tobago ICT Strategy Conference
2012.
