I wish, thru the LACRALO Chair, to pose these questions to all candidates:

Q1.  Please state and record, as clearly and as concisely as possible,
        your personal contributions to names and numbers policy
        development.

Q2.  Please state and record, as clearly and concisely as possible,
        your personal contributions to development of LACRALO capacity
        to contribute to names and numbers policy development

Note, I'm asking for both a spoken and written response.  The response in
writing should be posted to this list.
