 Dear Friends, 

 First of all, I want to thank those who nominated me 
 ALAC member candidate. It is a compliment and a responsibility to take this 
 challenge will be a candidate.A travs of this mail I accept 
 nominacin formally. 

 Let me begin this post with a brief presentation, especially 
 aimed at those who do not know me. I am a lawyer, Master of Law 
 the company, LLM in Computer and Communications Law, until last year 
 Professor of commercial law and law and Technologies at the University 
 Catholic Northern Chile. Currently studying a PhD at the University 
 of Edinburgh on the regulacin as the incentive mechanism 
 competition in the telecommunications market. 
 I am also secretary of the Association of Law and Data processing of Chile 
 is the At-Large organization that is part of this community. 

 I am honored to participate in this process. I think it's a great 
 responsibility to be part of ICANN in any form. In 
 particular, taking into account the impact of their decisions in the world. 

 I would explain, why I thought through a candidate. 
 I think I can be of help to serve the interests of users 
 Internet. These interests must never be lost sight of and that's why 
 named first.

 I firmly believe that we must involve all members of our 
 community both the Caribbean and the rest of Latin America passes. 
 I have awareness of the problems we face. 
 I feel, like you, the need to continue looking for a 
 solution that constitutes a mechanism that allows us to move forward. 
 We must not forget that it is more the things we have in common that those 
 that separate us. 

 Tolerance is a value that should inspire us. By God, it is difficult to be 
 tolerant! To say otherwise means truthfully. I have the conviction 
 to be and I think we should look for leaders who also are. 

 I am convinced that we hear the view of our peers. 
 All who belong to the At-Large are equal, only that

 of the problems we face. I feel, like you, the Necessity to continue seeking 
 That solution Constitutes a Mechanism That Allows us to move forward to. We 
 Must not forget That there are more things in common than we Have Those That 
 Separate us. 

 Tolerance is a value That Should inspire us. It Is Difficult to be 
 tolerant. Otherwise Means To say the truth not telling. I have the 
 That I am doing conviction my best effort to be tolerant and I think we 
 Should look for leaders who Have the Same virtue. 

 I am Convinced That We Have to hear our peers. All who belong to the 
 At-Large are equal, although only momentarily Some are CHOSEN to lead our 
 community. This is why I think We Should Be transparent, to Circulate all 
 We have the information and Obtain the views from all of you Trying to make 
 the best decision. I have clarity That This Will not be an easy task, I will 
 be criticized, But I Have Also clear That if the criticisms help to Improve,

 In Any case, Respect for Others is a Principle That Should guide us.

 I Know That Some of you will not support me and does not produce That Any

 Hope to be Able to Convince Them That I work with was a good election
