[lac-discuss-en] Nomination for ALAC member for LACRALO

I second this nomination with unreserved enthusiasm.

Dev might just be the hardest-working member from this region.  His
devotion to duty, sterling contributions to the region, the At-Large and
ICANN are incontestable.  Only some of them are mentioned by Jacqueline.

Quite frankly, he is likely better prepared to be on the ALAC than any
before.

It is to the At-Large's great advantage that he accepts this nomination.
 And to LACRALO's sense of mission and sober judgment that he is  voted
into office by members.
