 First I want to warmly thank Antonio Medina Gomez that 
 l have both represented as ALS (ACUI Colombia) I have had 
 account to run for prxima choice candidate in the Member 
 ALAC who will fill the vacancy provided at the end of the mandate of 
 Current ALAC Member Sergio Salinas Porto. 


 Also I must say that such honorable decline proposal, since in what 
 remainder of the year and the first half of 2013 many commitments 
 acquired and may not devote the time and attention that the 
 responsibility entails.


 It's the same way I see this seems unbeatable choice of ALAC 
 Member the opportunity to build confidence from the gestures, this 
 means that it is time that other players begin to engage more 
 actively and think it and believe in our organization Internauta 
 Argentina will not apply for another good candidate for ALAC Member

 2012/14.
