Dear Fatima. I saw the excellent agenda of speackers  for next LACRALO teléconferences made by you and Natalia. I have just one comment to do,  & is referred to December speacker, because Romulo was designed a minister of the Brazilian Embassy in Ethiopia and leave his charge in GAC. So, I think would be necessary think in a change of speacker for this call. 
I think also is a good opportunity to send a congratulations letter to him.

 As many of you know Natalia Enciso APADIT and ALAC Member for 
 our region, then of the meeting of ICANN in Costa Rica, we continue 
 working on the program Capacitacina delegates of the ALS 
 LACRALO to travs special guests to our teleconferencing

 broad sense, as we believe that to achieve greater participation 
 and involvement in issues affecting the Internet user in this 
 little we live, we need a knowledge of the situation 
 global. 

 In the month of April was participating as a guest in our 
 monthly teleconference Mr.Mike O'Connor who was explaining about 
 Fake renewals, in the month of May we visitKarla Valente to speak 
 about New gTLDs and the implications of their implementacin in 
 region, in the month of June was Oscar Robles Garay us to 
 tell about the Registry and Registrars and experiences 
 region. 

 Natalie has worked in this schedule guests to order 
 year and we are sharing it in this post. All the guests 
 have confirmed their presence and ESTN very pleased to collaborate with 
 we. Also take the opportunity to send this list to Staff, whom we 
 asked the same in the last teleconference. We apologize for not 
 have shared this before, as labor issues prevented us from 
 do. 

 For our July teleconference bean we confirmed Andres Piazza, 
 but a trip to a gathering of his work, we will be able to accompany. 

 We thank the secreted LACRALO who adhiria our 
 replacement initiative and invite Mr. Eduardo Santoyo LACTLD for 
 this occasion.
