 l have both represented as ALS (ACUI Colombia) I have had 
 account to run for prxima choice candidate in the Member 
 ALAC who will fill the vacancy provided at the end of the mandate of 
 Current ALAC Member Sergio Salinas Porto. 


 Also I must say that such honorable decline proposal, since in what 
 remainder of the year and the first half of 2013 many commitments

 responsibility entails.
