 I reenvo the link on the news saying that the ITU Council has 
 pblicos decided to make the documents relating to WCIT-12 - CWG-WCIT 
 TD-64 (the draft ITRs) (http://www.itu.int/en/wcit-12) and that there will 
 public spaces available on site for the different actors 
 post their views and comments. Documents available estarn 
 in the 6 UN languages. 

 This topic debatien Prague, and that the proposed amendments to the
