 As part of the planificacin estratgica of each year, ICANN 
 comments of the public requested to inform the development of prxima 
 Estratgico version of the Plan. 


 The development cycle for the 2013-2016 Plan of this year Estratgico 
 recognizes ICANN's ongoing commitment to bottom-up, the 
 model of decision making and the importance of broad consultation with the 
 multiple community stakeholders, the Board and the ICANN staff.
