This is the version in Spanish. Serenviado Ingls version to the list
English.
Dear all,
I have received complaints from members of the Regina near several
Recent comments on the mailing lists LACRALO. Those
comments relate to ongoing disagreements between various
individuals who have expressed their views in relation
to gestin LACRALO.
I'm worried about those comments because they do not appear
cooperate with the improvement of the participation of Internet users
in LACRALO and the ALAC.On the contrary, they reiterate the positions
established from various individuals and finally have the effect of
discourage other individuals who would engage in LACRALO.
The time spent discussing these issues on the list ends up taking
primaca about time that members of the region could lead to
more productive work such as commenting on comment periods
current or other activities that are published in the list of
ALAC-Announce.
Some of the comments contravene parts of Rule 22 of
our Rules of Procedure of the ALAC. They are inappropriate
pursuant to the provisions of the rule:
22.9 Comments amateurs, without relationship to the subject in general,
22.10 defamatory comments being used to abuse, attack,
pursue or threaten others,
22.11 Comments that are knowingly false, ad-hominem, or
errneamente represent another person,
I will not take any position, nor contravendrlas same rules
I sealado here, nor sealarcon finger at anyone. However, they
pediramablemente all, ladies and gentlemen, please moderate their
language.
We are working with ICANN staff and leaders to LACRALO
continue a dialogue to improve relations, using the
neutrality and fairness of the ICANN Ombudsman who can act as
mediator. This occurs in this frum Mediation and not on the list
mailing public.
A great deal of work has occurred in Costa Rica, the region
should focus on building on this. Since each region, this
takes time and effort. We, the community and ICANN At-Large
as a whole, we have serious challenges they come in the form of threat
the multi-stakeholder system. We clearly have to
work more intelligently with each other.
Sincerely,
Olivier MJ Crpin-Leblond
ALAC Chair
