 Thanks for spreading this announcement.The document announces and Rodrigo 
 ICANN put to consultation is the first tangible result of the process 
 compliance audit functions related to stability, 
 security and robustness of the DNS to be obligICANN in the statement about 
 Commitments. 


 The paper proposes a delimitacin the scope of the functions of ICANN, 
 something that many in the community see fit and that our Review 
 Team recogiy transmitidesde its first draft report. 


 It is therefore extremely important that our community is expressed by 
 despus respect of a good study - and QUNO, a discussion - the 
 document. 


 I think the level of agregacin of information presented in ICANN 
 Estal proposed scope of the analysis tools and times

 relevant to our elected officials organize the discussion soon 
 for results and facilitate the community to make a contribution will
