Congratulations to Jose and to Sylvia! I am also very pleased to see
77.5% of the electorate voting.
I also wanted to thank Dev for the incredible amount of work he has done
when he was Secretariat.

All the Best Wishes to the new Team, for a united and dynamic LACRALO!
