Dear Carlos,

Thank you very much for confirming that your position is  "*abstract and
nothing have to do directly with the T&T ISOC  application".* For the
record,* *I am pleased that the conversation has evolved in such a way that
it is recognised that there was no secret and lack of transparency in the
ISOCTT approval, which followed the normal channels for all LACRALO ALSes.

Please be assured that ISOC-TT is no rubber stamp ALS and we will continue
to work very hard in building LACRALO and furthering the objectives of the
Internet Society.
